Services Offered & Fees

I currently offer in person individual and couples therapy to adults only.

INSURANCE:

I am considered "out-of-network" for all insurances. 

If you have any "out-of-network" benefits, I am happy to give you a paid invoice (or "super bill") to help you get reimbursed for the fees paid to me. Speak to your HR or call your insurance company to determine if you have any "out-of-network" benefits.

My fees are as follows:

Initial Consultation: $200

Individual Counseling (In person or televideo 45-60 minutes): $175

Couples Counseling (In person only 45-60 minutes): $175

Couples Counseling (In person only 90 minutes): $300

Clinical Supervision (60 minutes): $150

Missed or Late Cancel Appointment: $150 

You'll need to pay me directly for each session (see fees above) at the time of your session. I am happy to work with you to accommodate your finances and will work on a sliding fee scale.

Generally, I meet with couples weekly for 6-12 sessions and then move to every other week as needed.

SLIDING FEE:

As always, I have a sliding fee scale and I am happy to work with you to accommodate your needs/finances.

ALL FEES/COPAYS:

All copays and fees are due at the time of your session. The easiest way to pay for your session is with 

Venmo (@Barbara-Boutsikaris), cash, Zelle or a check. If you would like to pay by credit card (including some HSA accounts), there is an additional 3.75% charge for the card reader fee. 

LATE CANCELATION/NO SHOW FEE:

If you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a late cancelation/no show fee of $150. This will need to be paid before your next appointment.

However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours and 

1) I am able to fill the spot with another client

or 

2) You are able to reschedule with me for another time in the same week

you will not need to pay the cancelation fee.

However, if I am unable to fill the spot with another client or if you are not able to reschedule within the same week, you will be responsible for paying the cancelation fee before your next scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

TELEVIDEO (REMOTE):

I only offer televideo (remote) sessions for emergencies or for sickness only.
